Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care at:

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before the order has been dispatched. We will process your cancellation request and provide confirmation via email.

Support Hours (IST):

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
  • Sundays: Closed

International customers, please note response times may take up to 24 hours due to time zone differences.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

All products are eligible for returns if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is unopened, unworn, or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • - Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at support@drstanleys.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product if applicable.
  3. Wait for our reply to approve your return (typically within 24-48 hours)..
  4. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

- A defective or damaged product upon arrival.
- An incorrect product shipped by us.

In these cases, Dr. Stanley's will bear the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Customs Duties on Returns

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and take corrective measures.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return. Upon successful return and inspection, we will issue a replacement.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement after validating your claim.

For any of the above, the refund request must be submitted within 14 days via email at support@drstanleys.com.

Refund Exceptions for Cancellations

If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank and country.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fees, and are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  2. The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the current item.
  3. Once the return is accepted and inspected, make a separate purchase for the new item.
