At Dr. Stanley's, we ship internationally via DHL Express to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Delivery Timelines:
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Arab Emirates: 2-4 business days
- Other GCC Countries: 3-5 business days
- United States, United Kingdom, Europe: 4-7 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 3-6 business days
- Rest of World: 5-10 business days
Please note these are estimates from the date of dispatch. Customs clearance in your country may add 1-3 additional business days. Delays during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or customs holds are beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Partner
We use DHL Express for international shipments, ensuring reliable tracking and timely delivery to over 220 countries and territories.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment in real-time on the DHL website using this tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Weight and dimensions of the order
- Selected delivery service level
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not able to predict the amount of these charges or pre-pay them on your behalf. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated duties before placing your order.
Customs Documentation
All international shipments include:
- Commercial invoice
- Product description
- Country of origin: Made in India
- Manufacturer details
This documentation is required for customs clearance.
Non-Deliverable Areas
If delivery is not possible to your location due to:
- Restricted destination
- Incorrect address provided
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Customs rejection
We will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. If no alternative is available, the order may be returned to us, and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost by DHL after the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately at support@drstanleys.com. We will work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
